Welcome to The Kings Dance Studio (www.kingsunitedindia.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by The Kings Dance Studio, operated by Kings United India, located at Shah Industrial Estate, Ghanshyam Industrial Estate, Plot No.1, Off Link Rd, near Supreme Chambers, Industrial Area, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400047.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

The Kings Dance Studio provides the following services:

Dance Training Programs:

• Kings Golden Pass – One Year Unlimited Access
• Professional Training Programs (Dream 2 Dance, Diploma in Street Styles, Diploma in Modern Styles)
• Intensive Training Programs (Hip-Hop, House, Ballet, Contemporary, Acrobatics)

Event Services:

• Live performances and corporate events
• Wedding choreography and training
• Music video choreography
• Award function performances
• Celebrity judging services

Creator Space Services:

• Studio rental for video creation, photoshoots, and events
• Professional videography and editing services
• Equipment rental (cameras, lenses, lighting)

2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1 Course Bookings

• All course registrations require advance payment
• Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced
• Students must complete registration formalities before attending classes
• Class schedules are subject to change with prior notice

2.2 Event Bookings

• Event bookings require a minimum 50% advance payment
• Final payment must be completed 7 days before the event date
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the advance payment

2.3 Studio Rental

• Studio bookings are confirmed only upon full payment
• Rental rates:
  • Studio 1 (100 sq.ft): ₹1,500/hour or ₹4,000 for 3-hour shift
  • Studio 2 (750 sq.ft): ₹1,500/hour or ₹4,000 for 3-hour shift
  • Studio 3A (650 sq.ft): ₹2,000/hour or ₹5,500 for 3-hour shift
  • Studio 3B (650 sq.ft): ₹2,000/hour or ₹5,500 for 3-hour shift
  • Studio 3 Full: ₹4,000/hour or ₹11,000 for 3-hour shift
• Special offer: 40% off on studio bookings from 11 PM to 11 AM

2.4 Payment Methods

• We accept payments through Razorpay payment gateway
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

3. Promotional Campaigns and Discounts

3.1 Advertising Campaigns

• We may run promotional campaigns offering discounts on our courses and services
• Discount codes and promotional offers are valid for limited periods as specified
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time

3.2 Landing Page Bookings

• Special discounts may be offered through dedicated landing pages
• These discounts are applicable only for bookings made through the specific promotional links
• Standard terms and conditions apply to all promotional bookings

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Course Refunds

• Minimum Refund Amount: ₹500 (processing fee will be deducted)
• Maximum Refund Amount: Full course fee (subject to conditions below)
• Refunds are processed only if cancellation is made before the course commencement date
• No refunds will be provided once the course has started
• Refund processing takes 7-10 business days

4.2 Event Service Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 80% refund
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

4.3 Studio Rental Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before booking: 80% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before booking: No refund
• Technical issues from our end will result in full refund or rescheduling

5. Student/Client Responsibilities

5.1 Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline and respect towards instructors and fellow students
• Inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination from courses
• Students must follow studio safety guidelines and rules

5.2 Health and Safety

• Students participate in dance activities at their own risk
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before course commencement
• We recommend appropriate dance attire and footwear for safety

5.3 Attendance

• Regular attendance is essential for course completion
• Make-up classes may be provided subject to availability
• Certificates will be issued only upon satisfactory completion of courses

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Choreography and Content

• All choreography, teaching methods, and course materials are proprietary to The Kings Dance Studio
• Students may not record, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission
• Performance recordings featuring our choreography require prior approval

6.2 Student Performances

• We may record and use student performances for promotional purposes
• Students consent to the use of their likeness in marketing materials unless explicitly opted out

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Kings Dance Studio’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for injuries sustained during dance activities
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Student information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery
• We may use contact information for course updates and promotional communications

9. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• This includes natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events
• In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements

10. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
